Official Sad News

Well, I have been putting it off for 2 weeks now.
But, I suppose I should break the news sooner than later....

I lost the baby.

I am in the process now.
It will be final in a few days with the D&C.
It was a beautiful thing while it lasted. David, the kids and I were beyond excited. We will hold on to that feeling... We told the kids last night. We are all sad now.
But, we'll make it through.
I don't know that we will keep trying.
It is so difficult for me to get pregnant and then keep them in.
But, we are entertaining the possiblity of In-Vitro in a couple of years for the last baby we feel still needs to come biologically.
Then we are going to adopt our sixth
because I can't take it any more....

My Birthday Present

With all my Target gift cards, I bought myself a new camera. Big Thank you to Mom, Lila, and David. I got exactly what I asked for this birthday! I love it! My camera works a million times better than my old one huge one. And it is so cute... A little green one that fits in my pocket. I take it with me everywhere!!!
So.. here are some pictures I have taken with it....

The first warm day of 2009!

Today was beautiful here in Ohio. 65 degrees and the sun was shining... Ahhhh - how I have missed warm sunny weather. I know you AZians would have died of hypothermia in his weather... But to us it was perfect. We are all soooooo sick of the 20 degree temps and snow. Enough already!
So I took the kids to the park today to enjoy the great outdoors. The girls looked for treasures. Justice wanted all the rocks he could hold. Courage was looking for a toad. I just enjoyed the fresh air. Charlie even came along and had fun sniffing all the other dogs there. Yes, we were not the only ones with the brilliant idea to go to the wildlife park. It was packed full of people sick of being cooped up indoors all winter. Poor David, once again he missed it all because he is on call for 24 hours... WE missed him , too.
